JD Overview filtering/sorting

Greetings

Currently if I click on overview it shows all the download categories on the site .I want to change that, lets say if I'm on a particular category/section I want the overview to show only the download categories on that particular category/section not all the categories
on the site, so far i have tried to personalise the layout however i have not managed to get the required results.

Please if you may point me on the right direction
