Multilingual - Invalid SEF Download URL - [Fixed in 4.0.18]

When I try to download from a multilingual site it gives the error as below
     404 Page not found

Hi Colin,
I cannot reproduce this here on a local installation with the version 4.0.16. Have content here for three languages (en, de, fr) and all download links works as expected.

Okay I could reproduce the error here.
It must have to do with the sef settings.
