I'm observing strange behavior when I try to put a new file. Try the following steps: 1 - log in as an user with priveleges to upload

files, 2 - open the user's uploading file panel (or anything of which uses a user placing files) and choose the Descriptions tab, 3 -

press cancel button , 4 - open upload panel again (it should be open with active Descriptions tab), 5 - change tab to Publishing. At this

point I can not see the categories and publication status lists. After reloading the site everything returns to normal. The same thing

happens if you upload a file and press save when Descriptions tab is active. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I'm using Joomla 3.5.1 and jDownloads 3.2.41 (for some reason automatic update still does not show newer version).

Hi
I have  followed your steps as indicated in attached pics. But I cannot reproduce your problem.  So I do not think this is a jD 'bug' but is possibly an interaction with something else on your site.  The symptom seems to be that the pulldown lists are  no longer working when you made the second entry.

When you cancel from the upload form does your site 'redirect' somewhere or does it return to the page you were on when you called the upload form?

Is this a recent phenomenon?

After cancellation you are moved to the home page of the website. The problem has appeared a few weeks ago. At first i thought that it was one time accident but now I see that the problem persists.

Hi
This  could be due to various things.  I am begining to suspect an access problem.  To  check out  I would need Super Admin access to your site.  If you would like me to look please send details by PM, not in forum.

Yesterday I have upgraded jDownloads to the newest version and the problem has gone. At least for now.
