jDownloads 3.2 on Azure

Hi,

We recently moved Joomla 3.7.2 with jDownloads 3.2 to Microsoft Azure hosting.

The website runs however, the downloads don't open.
The files are there and the path has been updated and shows as writable.

Any suggestions?

When you write

the downloads don't open

do you mean you cannot see them in the jD back end or the front end?

Did you transfer the jD database OK?  Have you checked the Permissions?
Not sure about the Azure database being formally compliant.
