Error before entering website - [Solved - To low server settings]

I am using jDownloads 3.2.54 on my website at www.usconops.com and I get this message when I try to visit my website

Fatal error:

"Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 188107 bytes) in /home/usconops/public_html/plugins/system/jdownloads/jdownloads.php on line 327"
I went to the php file and on line 327 there is no such thing Help please I am novice Joomla user. I have latest version of Joomla  Thanks

I did just see where I may need to up the memory limit in the php file so I raised it from 35M to 128M. I do not always get the error when loggin onto the website so I will see if that works.

thanks for the update.
Please note that 35M memory is a very low setting and not the normal case.
