Is it possible to remove the category and download id numbers from the URL?

This is not really possible as one can have the same category and file names in different parts of the structure.,  So the only unique references are the id's.  You can actually have the same Download name in the same category.  Thgis is good for people who want different versions of the same basic 'file'.
