When I try and upload a file from the backend I get

Your browser doesn't have html5,flash,gears,silverlight,browserplus,html4 runtime support. You can change the runtime in component preferences

I am using Google Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 (64-bit) and it does support HTML4 and HTML5 and I am sure other stuff as well.

What is going on?

I do not know!! I have no problem uploading with Chrome - except of course it tries to take over so I usually use Firefox!
Could you PM me your site details please
