enable Mass Download Function

hi together, when i am loged in as Administrator and when i search for user documentes (search for user names) i do get the result of all documents the specific user has uploaded. right now i only can click document by document to download the files. is there any way to enable the Mass Download Function which would be very helpful? in the setings i did not found any way to enable this function. in advance thank you for your answer.
