Problems with links on a multilingual web

I turned my website in a multilingual website and then the icons "overview", "search", "add", "up" and even the filtering categories have stopped working properly. No link to the appropriate URL.
Could anyone help me resolve this issue?

The solution is disabled SEF
It doesn't work together multilingual + SEF + jDownloads
