Sort Category Drop Down Box

When using the backend for example assigning a category to a file, the category dropdown box shows the categories in the order they were added.  It would be nice if this was sorted alphabetically.

This is already there!
In Config - Front End Tab There is a setting "Categories default sort order " one of the options is Alphabetical.

Also for setting for Downloads
