Thank you for latest update; all issues resolved!

I want to know how can users submit comments regarding each download on Listing pages?

I have added comment count placeholder, but could not find any comments related tag to add for this purpose.

jDownloads supported the jComments component. When this is installed can users easy submit comments in the downloads details page. See pic.
