Usergroup permissions don't accepted

Hello,

i have a little problem with jdownloads under joomla 3.3.3.

On the usergroup permissionens (disable fields like file language)  have no effects at frontend. This fields are still there.
So i make a new installation of joomla, after that everythink works.
Now on another existing installation i have the same problems again.
Anyone have an idea what can i do, that the permissions work?

Have you set up the User Rankings for the relevant User Groups?  Which jDownloads version are you using?
