Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

delete button is missing in the front end [solved]

There is no delete button in the front end form. I don't see any option to enable it, so I consider that a bug since that is a big bump in the work flow: A user cannot delete a download he created himself???

Can that get solved in 3.2.10?

The delete download works now.  Currently the user needs delete permission for the user group from the Component through all its Categories and of course on the Download itself.  I will check this further as having calculated delete permission on the Download itself should be sufficient.  I was using jD3.2.15  It deletes both the file and the download info as set in config.
