the tag "Änderungsdatum" is set wrongly - [Fixed in 3.2.7]

* back end login
* add a new download
* go to the front end and look at the download details

expected:
* "Änderungsdatum" is empty (and set only when the download was indeed updated)
* "Geändert von" is empty

current:
* "Änderungsdatum" is set to the creation date
* "Geändert von" is empty
