Layouts dependant on User Group

As a future to round off the flexibility with ACL groups it would be a good feature to have different layouts for different user groups. This could be limited to the Download Details Layouts where the administrator would specify which Details Layout id to use for a User Group, and if none was specified to use the active details layout.

I suspect that it would be a challenge to implement and would be much work.  Anyway something to think about.
