Navigation header area for File Upload page

Hey guys,

Is there any possible way to add a navigation header area for File Upload page?  Or how can I add it on my own? I would be really great  Thank you in advance!!

I see My users want to see it, they say it could come handy when choosing other jD options, like navigating back to any category, or for example search was just a click away.
(I also asked some of them to get involved in testing)

So is it possible to still add it manually somehow? What files should be modified in order to have it? Could you please give me a few hints? I would be beyond greatful.
(Of course, if it is achievable and will not hit any technical issues.) Hope you do not mind asking this.

I am not sure that this is really a good idea.
Please note, that when a user editing a Download he is checked-out.
Only when the user use the 'Cancel' or 'Save' button is this Dowload checked-in again.

By the way, it is the same handling as for the Joomla content in frontend.
