You don't have autorization for this resource

I have a custom HTML module with this code:

After succesfully login, Categories for this user are shown, but over categories I always see in red this message

"You don't have autorization for this resource"

All seems working, but I always get this message.

You have in this module a link to the main page from the download area?
When you get this message then must be something wrong with your permissions settings.
