Not possible to download anymore !!??

All of a sudden users get the: "You do not have permission to download the requested file.
Contact the website operator if you are sure that this is incorrect."

We have changed nothing on the site - just updated jDownloads when a new version was available - what is going on !!

Could you please advise which version of Joomla and of jDownloads are you using.
