Following an upgrade from version 4.0.36 to version 4.0.38, clicking on the "User Groups Settings"

"An error has occurred.
1364 Field 'inquiry_hint' doesn't have a default value"

Clean install of Joomla 4.4.1, MySQL 8.0, PHP 8.1
