jD4.0.21 permissions inheritance - [Not a Bug or Solved]

There appears to be a problem with permissions inheritance between categeies.
See pic category structure where category 'New Test' is a sub cat of 'Test Dir'
Pic 'test category-public-permissions.png' shows that public permission for Download is Allowed
but in pic 'category New-Test-public-permissions.png, it shows that public permission for Download is not allowed - so it did not inherit.

I cannot reproduce it here on a new jDownloads 4 installation.

The problem seems to be solved, but since I don't get any other information, I'll close the bug report.
