Class 'JDownloadsHelper' not found

Hello,

a few minutes after new installation of JDownloads 3.9.8.6_stable_Joomla39 i get an issue.

Class 'JDownloadsHelper' not found

I don't know how to fix it.

Does anybody have an idea?

Have not seen before.
Could you advise what version of PHP you are using please.
Also an image of te fault and where it occured eg on control panel or front end.

PHP version ist 7.3.33
but also with a newer version the error occurs.
