External Downloads Not Loading

Sorry to bother you.  

When clicking on Download on the following page: https://www.pursuingwisdom.com/category/2-free-sermons
it should open the following page https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bwc4Je4tc0YaRy1LNTJac1BDcDQ
but instead it is opening: https://www.pursuingwisdom.com/jdownloads/?catid=2&id=1&m=0&task=download.send

I've gone through the steps for upgrading to ensure that I have covered all my bases.  I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong as it has worked for a very long time.  

SYSTEM INFO:

HiUnderstand that you have upgraded.  Could you advise your current version of jD and the previous version.

There seem to be a few things not working - perhaps some plugins have not bean activated or similar but difficult to tell.
