Author Website Doesn't Handle HTTPS

When adding the author's website under additional tab on the front end or author data on the back end, it assumes http:// as the connection type.  If you add a url like https://hvsc.c64.org/ it will change it to http://https//hvsc.c64.org/ - This is Joomla 3.9.18 and Jdownloads 3.2.67

HiIt will still access https sites Ok.
This has been fixed in the forthcoming jD 3.9 series.  Wii look at fix for 3.2

Please install the fixed version 3.2.68.
