Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Thank you for the excellent extension.

It seems that the search page does NOT support the translation of the custom fields' titles. Please, refer to the attached screenshot.

The translation works fine on the upload and categories pages.

As in earlier responses jD Custom Fields are replaced by Joomla field in the jD 3.9 series.

jD3.2 has  poor language support compared to modern requiements - all our efforts are now on jD3.9 which is in beta release.  This has extensive multilingual support.  To get some idea pleasehttp://www.jdownloads.net/documentation-for-v3-9-beta/language-related/associations-multilingual-support
