Featured not showing on the top of the categories

When i first installed this the featured were showing on top of the categories but now all the sudden they are not. Please come fix for us.

When you say

featured were showing on top of the categories

I am not clear about what you mean.There is no feature that marks a Category as being featured, the featuring only applies to Downloads.
