Layout management

Hello,
I'm using version 1.8.3 of jDownloads on a Joomla 1.5.26 site.
I'd like to change this layout (see image) but I don't know how to do it. Please tell me what I need to change.

That version of jD is before my time but I guess it is similar to the jD2.5 layouts which is where I first encountered jD.
