Two 3.9 extensions still listed after updating to jD 4 - [No Bug]

  - New Joomla 4 installation

After updating from jD 3.9 to jD 4.0.16 Beta, there are still two 3.9 plugins listed under Extensions:Manage, see attached screenshot. The two 3.9 extensions should probably be deleted during installation of jD 4.

okay, I think the example plugin should be deleted. That's correct.

But I'm not sure about the old search plugin.
It exist a special version on Github which shall also works with Joomla 4.
So it could be that some users want still to use this search component. And the old jD plugin can easy be modified for Joomla 4.

I am not sure that my comment about the 'example' plugin was correct.
After all, a user could have adapted this plugin for their needs without changing the name. In that case, I would delete his customisation. So I will not make any change here when I update.
