4.0.12: No files visible in the backend - [No bug]

Hi,
just installed 4.0.12 - and now I can't see any files in the backend; the list ist empty.
But the files are there - and the frontend works flawlessly.

Am I the only one?

Maybe important: Before I it stoppend working, I did a cleanup of the thumbnails and the previews in the tools section

yes you seems to be the only with this problem.
But maybe a few details more:
Do you mean with 'files list' the menu item 'Files' or the menu item Downloads?

Could you please enable the debug option in Joomla and check again this page?
