Installation Error

Hello I have Joomla 3.9 and when trying to install via joomla and through cpanel I get the following error       



   
JInstaller:
:Install: Can't find

Joomla XML setup file.
Table '#__jooma***.#__jdownloads_usergroups_limits' doesn't exist.

Hi,
it seems that you have not really a valid jDownloads installation.
Also the part with: Table '#__jooma***
seems to be strange.
Could I get access data via PM?
