Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Please help.
I am running joomla 3.9.8
php 7.3.6
mysql 5.5.5-10.2.21-MariaDB

Jdownloads version 3.2.64

When i upload a file in the backend I am getting HTTP Error.

Cache is off.

can you download OK?How are you uploading and where are you putting the file?If you go to jD Config - Downloads tab are all the directories shown as writable?
Are the contents of field "Upload directory path" OK. 
It should be like the setting in the Joomla! Global Config - System Tab -Path to Log Folder except having jdownloads rather than log
