aup and jdownload integration and user points problem

hi i integrated alfta with jdownload and i have a problem now

for example i have a file with 5 point

when users download files, their points spent more than 5 point like 10 or 15 even 20 point


i think this pic describes my problem
i have two send command for download in the same time

Hi
I will try to help.  Please excuse but I need to check a few things as I do not quite understand properly. Please confirm the following:


1. In jD Config - Plugins tab you have fields "Use AUP rules?" and "Use Downloads price field for points?" both set to Yes.

2.In UserGroups Settings what value do you have for field "Download Duration"  for the user group you are using?  If a user downloads the same file again within that time frame then it is not considered a new download.

3.I presume you have looked at http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/using-altauserpoints-alphauserpoints-in-jdownloads.

4. are you using AlphaUserPoints or AltaUserPoints?

Also I would suggest that you do not test with Super User as sometimes 'extra' things are allowed!!

i checked every item but i have problem yet 

but i have this issue when i put the file link in the External File Link at jdownload and set the main file on an external web page? to NO,

when i set the main file on an external web page? to YES, there is no problem and its ok

i tried atla and alpha
.can you try that and see the how we can solve that?

But it is not always. So it seems for me that you have sometimes downloaded the same file several times?
When it would be a bug, it would be every time the same.

no just when i push on download bottom then i got this problem...if you look at the date you will find out that what problem is

2 or 3 or 4 or 5 spent point in the same time show that i have two even five download send command in the same time

i think the Send Downloads using the PHP Script(timeouts) causes this issue

i get this issue when i active the Send Downloads using the PHP Script and set "Is the main file on an external web page?" to NO

Hm... okay i will check it again as described by you. Maybe a problem that the file is external.

when i set the "Is the main file on an external web page?" to YES , every thing is ok and there is no problem 
please just upload a big test file in the remote or download host(other host) and put the direct download link at the External File Link

I have now tested your scenario here in my test environment but i can not confirm your problem.
Please see the pic.

Maybe use you wrong settings? Have you checked the jD rules in AUP? When you use the price field you should not activate other download rules.

if we conclude that the download manager is generating this issue...i have to say many of people use download manager ...

what is solution?

i think the transfer rate generates this issue...because your downloading time is 3 or 5 second but mine is 1 minute
