Disable hits

Where can i disable the hits?

In Config - Pictures tab there are three fields:
    For how many days is a Download considered NEW?
    At what point is a Download to be marked as: popular?
    How many days is a Download to be considered as Updated?
Set the value for each of these to a zero value  0
