Moved to new server files not dnloading

I moved my joomla site to a new server using akeeba backup & kickstart.
Now when a file is selected for download I get an error.
Notice

The requested file was not found. Please inform the webmaster.  is there anyway to fix this other than uninstall reinstall and redoing the whole thing?

You must update the absolute path to your download folder (see pic).

I now have the correct path but now when I try to download a file it says I don't have permission
to download, I have it set for registered users and I am logged in. It all looks good in the config, kinda lost on this.

Check the permissions from the component, from the category and from the download. Seems that you have changed anything.
