Blank page in "new groups"

Hello,
I have a problem with Jdownload 3.2 and Joomla 3.3.6.
I want to create a new group: when I click on "New" the page that opens is blank

can you help me please?

Hi
Not sure I understand. One cannot create a user group in jDownloads. Could you explain more please.
