No backend ordering of downloads

Hi,

Thanks again for this wonderful component!

I can`t edit the ordening of the downloads at the backend. The field can`t be edited en de arrows are missing (screenshots).
It`s working perfectly on the catergories screen.

It should have been fixed with Version 3.2.16 Beta:
"the downloads 'ordering' column has now operates correctly for the backend 'downloads' list".
but i think the bug is stil there.

Using jDownloads Version 3.2.24 beta / Joomla 3.3.6.

I think you must first click the 'Ordering' column to sort by order for the boxes to become usable

Yes you click on Ordering to start.  Thgs i2 not so much a 'bug' as a suggestion for improvement so it has been moved.
