Bugs during update.

I have some issues during update Jdownloads.

1. All categories descriptions lost.

2. All downloads have new id's - old id's lost.

3. All categories have new id's too - old id's lost.

4. Some subcategories after update were the main categories.

1. is already fixed in a later release
2. is already fixed in a later release
3. this is not a bug. The new structure since Joomla 2.5 required a root category with id = 1. So all categories get a new ID.
4. can not reproduce this here

so which version had you used for the update process?

I updated using you manual

From Jdownloads 1.9.16 on Joomla 2.5.18
to Jdownloads 1.9.2.11 on Joomla 2.5.18,
then Jdownloads 3.2 on Joomla 3.3.6

I used latest version of Jdownloads.

can you send me a (jDownloads) backup from your old jD 1.9.1.6 installation?

Okay, in this case is it normal that also the downloads IDs are changed.
Only an update from jD 1.9.x to jD 3.2.x use the old Downloads IDs.

When you can send me a backup (maybe a download link as PM) i will try to import it directly in a Joomla 3.x installation.
