I can't upload scanned documents [Solved]

Hi,

I have tried to upload scanned PDF but not upload (another PDF with text, without any problem to upload)

What can it be?

The component does not support .BMP (Bitmap) extension, I add on configuration > Allowed image extensions: BMP and bmp, but don't recognize the extension.

Any Idea?

You can upload bmp files but you need to set in USER Group Permissions
Have just done same for someone else about 7z file types in post below.  In your case just add bmp types for the user group permitted to upload - also suggest you look at the docs listed as that may help as well
