Kategorie Auswahl nicht mehr da [not a bug]

Hallo,

Nachdem ich auf 3.2.16 geupdated habe, bekomme ich folgendes Problem.

Wenn ich ein neues Menü erstellen möchte und Jdownloads anklicke und dann einzelne Kategorie anzeigen, stehen nur die 2 Beispiel Kategorien zur auswahl, meine erstellten Kategorien sind weg.

I think you are saying that after you updated to 3.2.16 then only the two example categories are present?  And also that all your other Categories are no longer present.

Could you please confirm that the other categories still exist when you look in the backend.  If they are still present then it may well be a permissions or access challenge.

If the other categories are not present when you did you install the example categories?

Yes exactly. If I put the sample category, the error message appears on the frontend 404. But the categories I created are visible in the backend.

I have not been able to reproduce problem.  It is probably because I do not understand.

1. Did you use 'Tools -Install Example Data' to download the example categories and data?  The Example Data is not included as standard in the jD2.5 and jD3.2 series.

2. Which menu type are you trying?  Please give details.

3. Did you upgrade or make a fresh install of jDownloads (which would have meant uninstalling previous jDownloads)?

Note if you did uninstall jDownloads and Re-installed then you may need to remove the existing menu item and make fresh ones.

i have now uninstall first. and than i install it fresh. and now it works fine
