off topic bug: the forum restrictions are annoying

Maybe you can tweak the forum setup to 10 seconds.

Yes I have been caught by that! But if you use the browser back button you can get to your message again.  The next thing is that you might also get caught in the "you have already posted this message" cycle.   My actual practice is to have a copy of Notebook++ open so if I am writing a long message I copy it into a file there before posting! Then in worst case I exit then re-enter Forum.  this also gets around the timeout if I have forgotten to say login forever

Think the 100 second delay is to stop the spammers overloading with junk messages - so a bit of a conflict.

Think we will have to suffer this behaviour for a while as it is preferrable that Arno is bug fixing!!

I have it now reduced (for a test) to 10 seconds.
