Hi,
I made a mistake during the migration.
I think there are folder authorization points.
I enclose the installation images.
I do a backup and repeat the installation.

How can I solve the problem?

Have you restored OK  from a backup?
If  Yes then the probable cause of the error is to do with an incompatible or outdated extension.
Please carefully check in the documentation, particularly the parts on Third Party Extensions and Upgrade OK but Site Problems

If No then there is a recovery procedure that takes you back to jD3.2 see
