jDownloads 4.0 Stable published!

Today we have published the first stable 4 release! 

jDownloads is a very extensive extension. Therefore, it took many months to make the necessary adjustments for Joomla 4.
After a long internal test phase and a subsequent public beta test phase, the time has finally come! We are very happy to present the first stable release of our Joomla extension jDownloads 4 today! Please update as soon as possible.

Our special thanks go to the many users who had signed up to participate in the extensive testing.

Developers whose Joomla extensions support jDownloads in any way or have developed their own plugins or modules for this purpose are asked to check their extensions and revise them if necessary in order to be compatible with the new jDownloads Version 4.
