   Asked for some help with rocket theme, but there they say that the problem is not a template problem.  http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/joomla-template-ionosphere/266672-ionosphere-and-jdownloads-layout-is-strange-on-hover    (Their reply doesn't make sense... hasPopover is being set in their script... I grepped our entire template and none of our files even contain a "hasPopover" string

Those tags live within their plugin as well... so you'd need to contact them about that.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins )

Could you perhaps just describe your problem as it may be unrelated to the previous one. 
How do you mean 'strange'?  Do you have any screen shot images you could post please?  Which layouts are you using?

Also could you give link to your site and where  Downloads are being shown.  You could PM me the details if you prefer.
