Is there a possibility to add some kind of tag (sign) to a download?

I would be used to inform the user that he already has downloaded the file...

Hi
One can add regular Joomla! tags to a download but I do not think that is what you want.
Regret I do not know of any simple way to let a user know they have already downloaded a particular Download. You could analyse the log file, and you can get an email each time something is downloaded.  But jD does not record which User downloaded.
Also it would mean having a recognising things for individual users which would be very time and resource intensive.
