Automatically added categories are all in root - Fixed in 3.2.7 !!!

Okay, i must confirm this problem.

But only when:
a) you have created a new folder, who has a capital letter in the first position
and
b) you do it in a windows system

I have now fixed also this issue in the next beta 3.2.8.
