Sort order for Downloads

It is possible to change the order of categories manually, simply by dragging and dropping in the backend Categories view. There does not appear to be any way of changing the order of downloads. Is that correct? Or have I missed something?

There are 3 options for listing Categories
Category Manager Order,  Title Alphabetical and Title Reverse Alphabetical.
These are selected in Options- FrontEnd tab - Default Sort Order section.

These apply of course to each 'level'   The simplest way to organise in an order you want is to rename the categories so the the first one is has say
A. actual name
B. next name
and so on
Then use the Alphabetical option
