download permissions

Hi Colim, I'm having problems with the permission to download the files. I would like the permission to be that only registered users can download the files. I did a reset but some appear that even though the user is registered, a sign appears like this: (You do not have permission to download this file) everything indicates that there is a conflict between the permissions of the 40,000 files or the categories.

I have reset the permissions - only uses the permissions in the top levelel categories. Public cannot Download but Registered can.
Do not change the Global permissions for Download

hi colinM permissions issues persist on some files with logged in users. I have a suggestion, you could also use the download permission for NOT registered and at the same time for everyone. In short, the site is for free downloads and that's how I get rid of this problem
