Multilingual Report a Download Fails - [Fixed in 4.0.17]

When using the report a download in jD4.0.15  it gives the following error

Okay, I think I could fix it with 4.0.17.
Should be published tomorrow.

By the way, this was an error that did not only occur with multilingual websites.

Interests user can test the attached file (the unzipped file ReportModel.php must be copied to FRONTEND/components/com_jdownloads/src/Model/)
