Control Panel not loading [Resolved]

When I try to access the jDownloads control panel from the administrator section, it will not load. The frontend download modules work ok with no errors and I can see and download any of the downloads. However from the backend when I select jDownload from the Component menu, the admin page fails to load and I have no access to any administrative function. It has worked seamlessly for years and there have been no recent changes to the php, mySQL setup. Any thoughts?

We really need more info. Version of Joomla, Version of jD
Is the 'Check Download Area' system module, 'jDownloads Administrator Monitoring',  in position 'jdcpanel'?
Similarly is 'Statistics & Information' system module, 'jDownloads Stats for Administrators', also in position 'jdcpanel'?
Which Admin template are you using?

Joomla v. 3.10.11  jDownloads .v 3.9.7.3  (administer component)  Prostar Admin Template

I have attached screenshot of all modules shown under Extensions, Modules (Administrator) menu. Only two you mention are in place jdcpanel)

Just to reiterate I have no access to the control panel. when I select jDownloads from the Component menu, the page tries to load but eventually times out with no error message.

Any further help would be appreciated

Just tried again at 13.30pm and the control panel loaded and is functioning. I assume an issue with the server as I haven't made any changes. Thanks for your help.
