HTML tags in Downloads (and licenses) descriptions not saved. - [Fixed in 4.0.5]

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem bei den Beschreibungen festgestellt
wenn ich einen Text mit HTML Formatierung einfügen wir dir Formatierung auch angezeigt, aber spätestens beim Speichern verschwinden alle HTML Code  aus dem Text.
Das gleiche passiert wenn ich Text per Editor formatiere

Hi Rockbaer,
welchen Editor verwendest du?
Hast du die Einstellungen des Editors überprüft? Es gibt meistens entsprechende Optionen.

Überprüfe auch mal die Einstellungen für den Text Filter in der Global Config. See pic.

Sollte es dann immer noch so sein, muss ich es mir ansehen.

Editor ist TinyMCE

und als Super User ist bei Textfilter "keine Filterung" drin.
Ich habe den Editor mal gewechselt aber es passiert weiter hin.

I could now test it and I must confirm your bug report.

The problem seems only to exist in the Downloads and Licenses. In Category descriptions it works as expected.
