Jdownloads admin side - access template impossible (Error 503) - [Solved]

Hi,

I have an issue with Jdownloads usage only when i want to open a Layout pages in back office (admin)
It took more than 3 minutes to have the Error 503 message
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Sometimes, it is OK (ex ub category, but I have to wait too), but impossible to see template views like files or details. and Impossible to work with JDownload like that. No issue of slowness for other JDownloads component menu links (categories, groups, ...)
Issue is only on backside (admin), Looks OK on front side
Same issue after Jdownloads reinstallation
No special error message when I open it in parameters

Seems to be a host issue because i have tested an akeeba copy of the website in another web provider and no issue.

Hi Bertrand,
excuse me for the late reply. i must have overlooked your posting. 

Please contact your hoster. He could check the server error logs. This issue can not really have to do only with jDownloads.

On the other hand, there might be a problem loading the small preview thumbnails. Then it just takes time for the server to abort the process. I seem to remember that we had such an error before. So it could also be due to jDownloads. I will take care of it and look for the older thread.
Please have a little patience.

memory_limit:    192M
max_input_time:    60
max_execution_time:    180

it seems we can only increase max_input_time with this host ? (Not my website)
php 8 is not an issue too ?

Hi Bertrand,
today I could test the jDownloads layouts functionality in your backend.
I have it tested on several times (and to different times) but could never see any loading issues. Quite the opposite it was very fast. So it seems for me, that it was only a temporary problem with your server which is now not more existent. So for me is this issue solved.

I just test, and always impossible even categories layout, the smalest template now
I don't know what to say and I'm not alone in that case?
